The part of me that is becoming a full-fledged adult really loves neutrals. Daily combinations of black, gray, tan, or chambray have made my life very easy, but also very predictable.
It's not like I want to go parading around in a hot pink cha-cha dress (okay, maybe just a little), but your girl was needing something different.
Cue the most forgotten neutral in my closet - olive. I still wore gray, but hey, old habits die hard. All that matters is that I felt like I was doing something new, and I'm claiming that as a win.

The red really makes this outfit! But I agree, olive green really is an underrated neutral. I have a pair of pants from last year that I bought at the GAP that are very similar- I might just have to break them out!
ReplyDeleteHave a great Monday!

I lean toward neutrals a lot too. However, I do wish I had a little more olive in my wardrobe, it's a great color and looks fabulous on you!
